What the site is
Puplr provides free general information and calculators about puppy care. It is provided for information only. It is not veterinary advice and does not create a veterinary client patient relationship. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. Veterinary guidelines change, and content here may be out of date at the moment you read it. Puplr does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puplr and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of your use of or reliance on this site, including any harm to an animal. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people. Do not present Puplr content as professional veterinary advice to third parties.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of Puplr are owned by its operator. You may print or save pages for your own personal use, including taking a printed schedule to your vet. You may quote short extracts with a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or the underlying data sets, without permission. Third party trademarks and breed standard text referenced on the site remain the property of their owners.
Third party links
Puplr links to external sites, including retailers through affiliate links and veterinary bodies as sources. Puplr does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
Changes and availability
Puplr may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any tool on it at any time, without notice. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of the page will change when they are.
